Paul Grady
Provisional Psychologist
Paul is a Provisional Psychologist. Before starting at Redlands Psychologists, he worked within Health and Wellness clinical settings, as well as providing crisis support. Paul enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages who face the range of challenges that can arise while living in this interesting modern culture. Some of these concerns include social and emotional difficulties, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and various other forms of life stress.
Paul’s authentic and relatable presence allows his clients to get comfortable, open up, and feel heard. He works from an equal, non-expert stance to meet each client where they are, identify their needs, and help create values-based goals to enhance their lives. He uses evidence-based methods to create the conditions for his client’s natural desire for growth, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and person-centred approaches.
