Hayley Stingl
Registered Psychologist
I finalised my Master of Professional Psychology in July 2023, a degree I pursued due to my passion for helping and supporting others. I have found I work well with clients with symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD and those diagnosed with ASD. I approach therapy with a wholistic approach and collaborate with my clients to help support them to learn how to regulate their emotions and physiological responses to stressors. I utilise both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to assist client’s learn how to think differently. My approach is to look at the whole person, both in a personal, family and community setting to ensure that all factors can be considered for the best outcomes. I practice from a non-judgemental approach and thrive on supporting my clients to achieve their goals.
