Bri is a Provisionally Registered Psychologist currently studying a Master of Professional Psychology at Griffith University. Bri has a warm and empathic approach primarily focused on cognitive behavioural therapy. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Bri prides herself on her inclusivity, her non-judgemental stance, and her openness to supporting clients from all walks of life. Bri has experience working with NDIS clients, both within the community and within a custodial environment. She has had direct experience with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, of all levels, and schizophrenia in a support work capacity. Bri has extensive experience within corrections, regularly conducting risk assessments and supporting a variety of neurodiverse clients throughout their time in custody. With experience across the lifespan, Bri has supported neurodiverse children within the school environment as well as the community, in both a counselling and support worker capacity. In particular, Bri enjoys collaborating with NDIS clients, children, and adolescents to achieve their potential. She has a specific interest in conducting assessments and engaging with NDIS clients.

Paul Grady

Provisional Psychologist

Paul is a Provisional Psychologist. Before starting at Redlands Psychologists, he worked within Health and Wellness clinical settings, as well as providing crisis support. Paul enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages who face the range of challenges that can arise while living in this interesting modern culture. Some of these concerns include social and emotional difficulties, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and various other forms of life stress.

Paul’s authentic and relatable presence allows his clients to get comfortable, open up, and feel heard. He works from an equal, non-expert stance to meet each client where they are, identify their needs, and help create values-based goals to enhance their lives. He uses evidence-based methods to create the conditions for his client’s natural desire for growth, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and person-centred approaches.

Tran is a provisional psychologist, dedicated to helping clients overcome their mental health difficulties through neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care. With extensive psychological training and work experiences in youth mentorship, telephone crisis support and emergency relief, she recognises the critical role of the therapeutic relationship in ensuring positive client outcomes. Tran adopts a warm, non-judgmental and collaborative approach, fostering a safe environment for clients to increase their self-awareness and coping abilities. Certified in yoga teaching, she integrates mindfulness techniques in her practice of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to enhance clients’ self-compassion and emotional regulation. Tran views clients as the experts in their own lives, each with a unique set of difficulties and strengths. She aims to tailor her support to the client’s individual needs to improve their mental wellbeing and quality of life.

Tran is passionate about supporting neurodivergent and marginalised individuals across the lifespan in navigating the mental health and sociocultural challenges they face. Her areas of special interest include:

Zachery Edwards

Provisional Psychologist

With a rich background spanning multiple demographics and cultures, Zac brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to his role as a provisional psychologist. Transitioning from a previous career in mechanical engineering and construction to health and community services, he has gained valuable experience in residential youth care, disability support, leading creative performing arts classes for individuals with intellectual disabilities, and providing holistic wellness interventions with later living adults.

Zac's approach to therapy is deeply person-centred, rooted in the belief that trust and human contact are fundamental to healing. He is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for his clients, fostering meaningful connections that promote well-being and growth. As a scientist-practitioner, Zac is committed to employing the latest research and outcome measures to tailor and optimise treatments, ensuring the best possible outcomes for his clients. His academic background in philosophy and theology has nurtured a keen interest in spiritual and cultural perspectives, which he integrates into his practice to provide holistic care for all walks of life.

Zac is particularly interested in group therapy and exploring the social derivation of psychological issues. He advocates that addressing underlying social factors of mental health is crucial for effective treatment and long-term improvement in all psychological domains.

Outside of work, Zac enjoys playing piano, singing, engaging in various sports, sailing, and riding motorcycles, activities that reflect his dynamic and adventurous spirit."

She also adopts a trauma-informed approach to guide clients towards healing and personal growth with respect and empowerment.

Zoe is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their full potential by providing them with practical tools and strategies. She aims to adjust her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, working collaboratively to set realistic and achievable goals. Zoe’s approach to therapy is marked by warmth, empathy, and a non-judgemental attitude, and she draws on a range of techniques from evidence-based interventions.
