Tran Ha
Provisional Psychologist
Tran is a provisional psychologist, dedicated to helping clients overcome their mental health difficulties through neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care. With extensive psychological training and work experiences in youth mentorship, telephone crisis support and emergency relief, she recognises the critical role of the therapeutic relationship in ensuring positive client outcomes. Tran adopts a warm, non-judgmental and collaborative approach, fostering a safe environment for clients to increase their self-awareness and coping abilities. Certified in yoga teaching, she integrates mindfulness techniques in her practice of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to enhance clients’ self-compassion and emotional regulation. Tran views clients as the experts in their own lives, each with a unique set of difficulties and strengths. She aims to tailor her support to the client’s individual needs to improve their mental wellbeing and quality of life.
Tran is passionate about supporting neurodivergent and marginalised individuals across the lifespan in navigating the mental health and sociocultural challenges they face. Her areas of special interest include:
