Zoe is a provisional psychologist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate a range of mental health challenges and life stressors. With extensive experience working with and supporting the neurodiverse community, Zoe practices from a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed framework that promotes healing, growth, and empowerment.
Believing that clients are the experts in their own lives, Zoe tailors her therapeutic approach to each individual’s unique needs, collaborating to set realistic and meaningful goals. Her therapy is characterised by warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude as she draws on a range of evidence-based techniques to guide clients toward positive change.
In addition to therapy, Zoe conducts cognitive, developmental, and learning assessments for children and adults. She provides detailed feedback and tailored recommendations to individuals and their families, helping them better understand and support their unique needs.
